What was your inspiration?
We wanted to create something that was clearly a skirt, but was short enough to be a youthful skirt and LONG enough to double as a top!
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Definitely utilize YouTube if there is something you aren't sure how to do. There is a tutorial for everything!
