I would defiantly would makes notes and of where you are in each row. I would suggest to photo copy each pattern row for each block and glue on a separate piece of paper, side by side.Difficulty:

My friend was having another girl. I wanted something that would be handed down from child to child.
What are you most proud of?
How it turned out. I love making things for others in hopes they will cherish forever.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Is re-read it over and over first. I would suggest good quality yarn...it makes for a better quality finished project. The one good thing about this project it is sewn in one piece.
