What advice would you give someone starting this project? Marina gives excellent instructions and the class was very enjoyable. My advice would be just go for it - you'll never know what you can do without trying.

Do you make your fondant and if so what do you use?

Hi, No, I use Satin ice fondant - I use to make my own fondant but with my arthritis all the kneading was too hard. That and I like just opening a 5 pound pail and decorating! :)

What kind do you use! or do you make it yourself!

Hi, I use Satin Ice fondant - I find I like the taste and the range of colors, although you do have to work quick because it dries fast.
