Share a little about the materials, processes and techniques used to create this cake: I used different flower tips to pipe the flowers out over wax paper. I let them freeze overnight on a tray. Once I iced and smooth the cake, I took the flowers out of the freezer. Using a palet knife, I scooped one flower at a time, placing them around the cake. With a finishing touch, I just piped out red roses and placed them on the cake as well

What are you most proud of? The flowers and the green border!

What advice would you give someone starting this project? Begin your flowers a few days ahead so they will be ready for the day you decide to decorate the cake. Make plenty of extra flowers for breakage. I had a few break on me, when scooping them off the tray, so the extras came in handy!
