Share a little about the materials, processes and techniques used to create this cake: 6" X 3" cake 2 small half ball pan (for apple) Molding chocolate in different colours chocolate ganache white MMFondant foam board (for cutouts) assorted sculpting tools
What are you most proud of? The overall shape and smoothness of the cake itself. There is quite a bit going on in this design, so the last thing I wanted was bumps and bubbles in the fondant. This fool proof method is amazing. Thanks again Jessica!
