Thanks -- I thought of tshirts as soon as Amy said something about putting in your own blocks. I made this one for a client and she seemed very pleased -- I used the shades of gray since it was for a boy, but I can imagine how great it would look with brighter colors for a girl.

Looks great! How did you prep your tshirt blocks? Any additional backing to keep the shape?

Thanks :) Yes, I added fusible web to the back of all the tshirt blocks. I think it was a med weight. I cut the shirts apart at the side and shoulder seams, then ironed on the fusible web, THEN cut the exact size needed.
