What materials did you use? Cotton and polyester scraps from "stitch and slash" tote project; fuzable web; batting; woven cotton strips for handles, and velcro closure.

What are you most proud of? Just the fact that I completed the project by making a useful item out of my scraps from a previous project made me feel like I got a lot of value out of the Stitch & Slash course and the fabrics I purchased.

What advice would you give someone starting this project? Just have fun and let the project tell you what it wants to be when it grows up. Many of my art quilts, knitting, and felting projects end up being totally different from what I expected, but that is part of the fun of being creative.

I so agree with you about having your art speak to you. It's amazing how that works!
