One of the big challenges we all face as photographers is that we see the world very differently than the camera does. On this and the other photos you uploaded that are similar, you saw all of the detail of water, flowers and so forth, just fine. Unfortunately, your camera did not. It is limited in its ability to handle a range of brightness from dark to light and so overemphasizes the contrast in the scene. Your compositions are based on what you saw, not on what your camera is seeing based on its limitations. That makes the scenes have the same problem of high contrast areas of bright and dark that do not allow us to see the scene that you actually saw and wanted to capture.
