I baked this cake for the ceremony of the annual installation of lodge officers for San Marino lodge of which my husband was installed as the master. The cake was in 3 flavors, french vanilla filled with white chocolate mousse. Chocolate cake filled with chocolate mousse and Red velvet cake filled with mascarpone cream cheese. Covered with rolled fondant.
