What was your inspiration?

I have been going through 'old' and some vintage patterns in my 'stash' and just making them up for fun. This is one of them It is such a sweet little ensemble. I used batiste for the pinafore, because it was for a 9 month size child, and batiste is soft to the touch. However, lovely white Swiss organdy would also be crisp and look lovely.

What are you most proud of?

I just like the look of older and vintage patterns when made up. I have included a photo of the pattern envelope (which I believe to be probably from the 1960's-70's, to make it easier to locate from a vintage pattern source.
