Increases: 1. Yarn over. 2. Knit front and back. 3. Paired increase = The Lifted Increase (righ- & left-lifted). 4. Make one; from right to left, "twisted loop", "lifting the bar knit-wise", and "lifting bar and twisting it". These are very useful, unbelievably simple to create, and just beautiful.
