The Ice Cream Cone top is all modeling chocolate covering a cupcake. The cone is a real cone. I also melted chocolate to give it the icing look. I just used cookie cutters to make the patterns out of modeling chocolate and used my fondant tools to make it look more real.Cake is covered with buttercreamDifficulty:

I thought the ice cream cone looked Scrumptious!!!
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
So that the ice cream cone wasn't top heavy, I put modeling chocolate inside the cone so that the shell wouldn't crack and be sure and use a dowel rod for your support.
