What are you most proud of? I think I will be proud of the border. This Top just begs for scalloped edges, which I've never done, so I'm going to attempt that after its quilted. And as a result of the scallops I will also need to try my hand at bias binding! Wish me luck because this will be a wedding gift in June!!!

What advice would you give someone starting this project? Make sure you line up (maybe even use pins!) the seams.

I have a lap quilt of this same pattern I found mine online and it was called "criss cross. and yes pinning the seams so they line up is key to making this quilt top look nice.. your quilt top is very pretty can't wait to see the scallop borders!
