How do you make it

I used two oval dies to cut the spinner slot, the circles from the hole punch glued together to make the spinner base. Detailed instructions and photos are on my blog : ) http://ohhhsnapper.blogspot.com/2014/09/i-love-you-to-moon-and-back.html

My granddaughter says that to her mom ALL the time. I may have to help her make this. Thanks for the idea!
