What was your inspiration?
My 4 year old granddaughter likes many things, as all little kids do. I mentioned to her that I was thinking of using things she likes to make her quilt, and named a few, like robots and lemonade and dinosaurs. She said, "But Gramma, I like a lot more things than that!" So I went fabric shopping again and got fabrics depicting dogs, bugs, crayons, ice cream, cupcakes...you get the idea :)
What are you most proud of?
I am proud of the fact that I finished quilts for both my grandchildren, even though I have physical disabilities that make such projects a little (or a lot) more difficult.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Draw it out and use colored pencils to arrange your color zigzags.
