Where/how did you learn to make your flowers so realistic? If there is instruction you found truly helpful I would very much appreciate your sharing the info. Your ability is quite impressive and your flowers are absolutely gorgeous.

Thank you, kind words! The filler flowers (yellow and white) and the hydrangea are taught on Jacqueline Butler's course, here on Craftsy. The rose and alstromeria are in one of paddi clarke's books. Both heer books are fantastic and worth buying.

I can hardly believe that is a sugar flower! It look real. I thought there must be a course in making flower arrangements at Craftsy. That is truly beautiful.

Thank you. There is a course on Craftsy where you can learn to make the Hydrangea and filler flowers. I learnt the Alstromeria and Rose elsewhere (Paddi Clark's books)

I love the roses, Pleease how did you get the petals frilled so beautifully and veined too?
Bite Me Bakery on craftsy.com
Sep 11, 2012   Flag as inappropriate
Thanks. I use The Tea Rose veiner by First Impressions and then gave the petals further movement by turning them over and curling the tips using a cocktail stick.

They know they will be in world of trouble if they touch my flowers!!! I did catch the 2 year old eating the 'lace' butterfly I made from Joshua's fashion inspired fondant class.
