I used a stencil for the "LA BIBLE" words. I made the stencil using the instructions from the modern piping class.
What was your inspiration?
I used my actual bible as inspiration.
What are you most proud of?
I am most proud of my stenciling, because this was my first time creating a stencil. I am also proud of the leather look I achieved, because that is the effect I was striving for.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Be open minded to changes in your original plan/design along the way. Some things pose a greater challenge than you anticipate and you may have to alter your plan/design a bit.
