What was your inspiration?
One of Jessica Harris's cake from her blog, for the top tier. For the bottom tier I saw this cake on Pinterest.
What are you most proud of?
I just started piping whole cakes, so although it is not perfect, I'm pretty happy with it. I took two courses on here and I can't believe how much I have learned. I'm excited that I could apply what I learned.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Take the modern buttercream course and Jessica Harris's course. I learned so much! Upside down crumb coat.
