What was your inspiration?
I needed a baby shower cake idea for a friend who (she and hubs both) enjoys hunting. I searched online, but could not find any camo ideas that I like (what they asked for to begin with). In my search I found a cake that was similar to this, but made for two older gentlemen for their birthdays. I altered it a bit and wah-la!
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
START EARLY!!! Make what you can (and really, all of the figures, trees, & rocks can be) in advance!!!
