What materials did you use? Print and solid cotton fabrics.

I made this for my nephew's baby. The baby shower theme was mossy oak so I decided to give baby Hunter an oak tree. I traced oak leaf templates that were different sizes and the tree was drawn free hand.

Absolutely love the creativity here!! The combination of piecing and thread painted tree are great! And your oak is really wonderful, very special quilt!

Thank you Ann. The tree and leaves were done continuously. Only one thread break because the bobbin ran out of thread.
