What was your inspiration?

My first bear definitely became a little boy. This time I hoped for a little girl :-) Certainly, the very girlie colour played a large part, but even if I'd used black she somehow took on a very feminine nature as she came together. I figure you're never too old for a bear and these two are for my daughers, 19 and 21, away at university.

What advice would you give someone starting this project?

Just enjoy!

It is strange don't you think how they have a gender? The times I've tried to do a girl and whatever I do its a boy and visa versa. Your bear is delightful and very girlie. I hope your daughter loves her, I'm sure she will. Well done, your bear is lovely :-)
