What was your inspiration?
I received quite a few requests for a tutorial on a pillowcase and I knew I wanted to teach my viewers the roll up/burrito/sausage method because it's easy and whips together in just three seams. If you don't have a serger this is perfect because the french seams are easy to do and give the pillowcase a clean and professional look inside and out.
What are you most proud of?
The quality of the video tutorial. Many viewers have contacted me to tell me they have never sewn before and were able to make this pillowcase with no problems. :o)
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Choose fun fabrics and have fun with it! Even if you make mistakes here and there you'll still have a functional pillowcase. :o)
