What was your inspiration?

Just wanted to put something extra in the garden - happened to have the pebbles that came off something else. Brain is always thinking!!!!

What are you most proud of?

I did it myself and it looks great! I made one for my mother-in-law because she loved it. I have another one to make when the weather improves again. Its outside work, sewing is inside work.

What advice would you give someone starting this project?

It's fiddly, It's fun, go for it! My motto - there are NO RULES - only your rules!

I went to a hardware and searched and searched! Read all the labels and found a tube of craft glue that said suitable for indoor and outdoor. You need to put a lot on and stick the pebbles down into it. Even a tile glue would do the job perhaps. I didn't want to spend too much. This number is on an angle out in the garden, some of the pebbles have come off but try not to hose it when you are watering the garden. Good luck, I enjoyed doing this project and I ended up making one for my Mother in Law, she loves it. I have another one to do but haven't got around to it yet. You have inspired me to dig it out!
