What was your inspiration?

Wanted to try something new & different. Love the looks you can achieve with this pattern. I used a muted southwestern yarn and white.

What are you most proud of?

I only had to frog 1 row, at the shaping to get the right layout. I wish the pattern told you exactly where to "join" the petals.

What advice would you give someone starting this project?

Really practice the petal rolling and joining before you go too far.

I sorta laid it down counted where they fell naturally then joined each petal at the same stitch. In my comments you will see this is what frustrated me most about this pattern.

I really like your yarn choice! The ombre yarn works very well. I found the twist easier to do after pressing. I also think I would like an additional round after the "joining" round.
