What was your inspiration?
My Aunt Loves Horses and I wanted to make a theme quilt for her
I fitted blocks, and sashing strips of landscape and horse fabrics together until they were square and the size I wanted.
What are you most proud of?
It made my Aunt So happy that it was custom made just for her
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Iron as you go. Add strips until your rows are equal in length or width. Then as you sew your rows together your quilt will be square.
