My sister wanted to display the ribbons her horse won during its first year of shows. I used the streamer part to make a tack box cover but that left all the rosettes. I am proud of my sister's work with her horses and wanted her to have something unique.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Lay it all out first before you start hooking the rosettes onto the frame. Decide what you want where.
