What was your inspiration?
I wanted to create a magical dress-up capelet for kids, and show off the fantastic striping of the Noro yarn.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
If you don't have the recommended yarn, you can also stripe with your sock yarn leftovers.
If you don't like wild colors or stripes, try it in a solid, the ripples are still beautiful (a reader send me a pic of a gorgeous all white version!).
