What was your inspiration?
We live by the water and kids need plenty of soft, warm, absorbant towels.
What are you most proud of?
These are really cute and the kids love them. My grandchildren use them all year and love to give them as gifts.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Use the fluffiest towels you can find. They will take a lot of abuse, Make sure they'll stand up to it & constant washing & drying. I fuse my appliques on as well as sewing them. Sequined fabric make it glitter but need to be reinforced with fusible interfacing.
