What was your inspiration?
The idea for this pattern was born in the summer as I watched the bees buzzing around the lavender and irises.
What are you most proud of?
I love the way the honey pot and bee are constructed - it sure saves a lot of hand stitching.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
As always - have fun with fabric. Don't worry about it being too straight or neat or perfect - quirky is good - quirky says handmade - quirky says fun.
