What was your inspiration?
I just loved this design. I might make another one in a gray and mustard color. It's super warm and will great for the cold winter months.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Check your gauge!! He calls for a size 9 and 10 needle. I went down one size on both needles and the hat was still too big. I'm going to have to go down one more size again with the next one I make.
My husband has a big head...he can wear it ;-)
