What was your inspiration?
Peter, thank you so much for your class. I have purchased your Artisan Bread class as well. I really enjoy your teaching style. I hope that you are able to offer more courses.
I have been making pizzas for years but the crust always comes out more like a regular bread dough. After watching Perfect Pizza at Home my pizza came out GREAT. I like it even better than some I've had in better pizza restaurants. Semi crispy bottom with a chewy texture on top of the crispy crust and the edges bubbled up similar to a restaurant pizza. I can't wait to make more.
What are you most proud of?
That, finally, the quality of the pizza is close to, if not the same as, a pizza I might get in a better pizza restaurant. Crispy outer bottom texture with a chewy inner texture. Exactly what I was hoping for.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Follow Mr. Reinhart's directions and you will be able to make your own perfect pizza.
