What advice would you give someone starting this project? Good cutting is I think the most important....then take your time and enjoy....

Beautiful runner. I love the color choice. What an accomplishment! I too am a beginner and appreciate the learning process.

Bonjour Ann, so pleased to hear from you....let me start by saying that you are great teacher....i'm following your instructions step by step and having a great experience because of it. I'm very anxious to start quilting and nervous of course but with time it will pass. I will post my project as i go along. Have a very good and happy new Year.

Very pretty! Lovely sharp points, too, and that's pretty impressive on a first!

Thank you...have to admit that i'm a costume maker and sewing is my trade ,,,,it helps a great deal but let's also admit that making a nice quilt needs practice and lots of good advice ...and encouragement for nice experienced quilters ;)
