Loved working on this cake! Santa was 7" tall. I said a prayer before driving to the venue (some 30 min drive) but luckily cake arrived in perfect shape.

I love this cake. I can tell you certainly did your homework when you took this class. Your work looks beautiful. For someone who doesn't really sell their cakes you could fool me, I would have thought this was from a professional decorator in a bakery like the ones on television. Finally, am I reading something wrong? I can't figure out what is written on the cake. At first I thought you were from a European country but it says you live in Framingham, MA so you have me curious what is on your cake.

Thanks for your kind words. Yes, I am European, from beautiful Croatia exactly, living in MA. This cake was for" New England Friends of Croatia" Christmas party. Writing on the cake means Merry Christmas.
