What was your inspiration?
I wanted matching coffee cozies for my boyfriend and I. I wanted his to be a little more masculine so he would use it, hence the basketweave, and I wanted cables for mine. I ended up going with an XO cable pattern, which I find to be just darling.
What are you most proud of?
I love that they turned out with minimal, if any, mistakes. My first knitting project to be almost perfect.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
If you're new to knitting, take the basketweaving slow, and pay careful attention to which you're on because it's easy to slip up and forget.
