This cake is covered with butter cream fondant. the accents are all MMF. Buttercream fondant tastes 100 percent better than anything Ihave ever used but tricky to work with. Tends to be soft and crack. Patience is required.Difficulty:

What was your inspiration?
This cake was inspired by a young boy living in our abuse shelter. Everyone deserves to have a great cake. The kids in shelters need that extra lift.
