What materials did you use? I often am confined to my bed and wanted a project I could work on even when I am having a bad day. I used Paris Flea Market Fabrics for the Hexie's I made for my Hexie Kit. I will be making 2504 of these 1 inch hexi blocks for a throw. Won't be seeing this till 2017. I also made 1 inch Hexis using the Hello Gorgeous fabrics that I am currently using on Glamping my Travel Trailer. These will be for accessories. Aprons, Pot Holders, Tea Towels etc. But I need a place to keep all my tools I needed to make a Hexi Sew Kit. Linen, Quilting Cotton, Aurifil thread, 1" paper tempaltes, lace and more

What are you most proud of? That even when I am down and out. I am never really out!

What advice would you give someone starting this project? Watch the video lessons. The blocks that can be made are out of this world!

Very pretty! Love the mix of cottons and linen! I'm glad you found a project you could manage from your bed -- I hope you feel better soon!

I love your hexi sewing kit, and love your fabric choices. All are so pretty. Hope that you have many good days ahead, but glad that you have such a beautiful project to work on when you find rest is best.
