What was your inspiration?

I thought of this dress while falling asleep one night :)

What advice would you give someone starting this project?

After attaching the ruffle to the bottom of the dress it can be somewhat restrictive when walking. I used a twin needle on the second dress I created to help add more stretch to the stitch...if you have other thoughts on making the stitch more stretchable I would love to hear ideas.
