My nephew Henry’s favourite pet hen called Thyme sadly died of old age this summer and he sked me to knit him one as a keepsake, (see Henry’s Hen Thyme knitting pattern).As a surprise I also designed a matching beanie which he now wears every morning when he goes out to collect the eggs before school each day.
