Share a little about the materials, processes and techniques used to create this cake: This cake was made for my grand daughter who turned 4. I made "Hello Kitty out of fondant and the head was made out of rice Krispy's. I did it in three different stages. First the main body and let it dry over night (24 hours) to let it set up and dry. While that was setting I made the head and let it set to dry. While the body dried I made the ruffles for the dress and the bodice. Applied it and let dry. After drying for a day I applied the head, Adding the ruffles and accessories. To make it shiny I applied a mixture of half vodka and half karo syrup. brushed on some edible glitter for facial features. The cake was decorated in fondant also. This is self explanatory. My grand daughter was very happy with this gramma.
