Three tiered cake. Handmade Hellebores (I used cold porcelain as I am planning on using this flower sparay for a wedding exhibition). Can be just as easily made out of gumpaste.
What was your inspiration?
Was on a course with the AMAZING Alan Dunn.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
If you are interested in making sugar flowers then you must get any of Alan Dunn's books - I think this is taught in his Christmas Cake book.
