I would give it to you if I had one to give but I don't. I made these a year and a half ago and if I had a pattern for the heart motif I cannot find it. My best suggestion is to find a sock or slipper sock pattern that you like and graph a heart motif that fits with the number of stitches the pattern calls for and then use the free ravelry pattern I posted the link to in the instructions to do the heart on the heel flap. That is probably what I would do if I wanted to recreate a pair now.
