What was your inspiration?
It was a silent auction charity event at Happiness is Quilting in McKinney, TX. Proceeds went to the Samaritan Inn. It was a design challenge using the striped fabric. I had the snowman print already - that was my inspiration. You can't tell in this photo, but the snowman has a white-on-white snowflake design.
What are you most proud of?
I raised money for charity. I was glad that people bid on my project. I think it came out great. It was the first time I used the buttonhole stitch on my machine and I did a really good job.
I used a saucer for the circle template :)
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
It's fun to do projects for charity. Start your own design.
