What materials did you use? Cotton, poly batting, poly thread

What are you most proud of? I managed to get this together within a few days - finished 45 minutes before the party!!! But I had great fun with the FMQ - I even quilted in my friend's birthday date and the date of the party, a hidden greeting. She liked it so much, that she chose to hang it on the wall instead of putting it on the table!

What advice would you give someone starting this project? Just play and have fun! Be daring with your FMQ, with a little doodling before you start it will look great!

Great project and a nice size to play around with the FMQ

Love the simplicity of this table runne, the colors and how it shows off the texture in the quilt.

Thanks, I was really pleased with the texture - that's the beauty of FMQ in negative space.
