What was your inspiration?

Clean and Simple Designs by Jessica Harris and Laurens modeling chocolate recipe.

What are you most proud of?

How the flower turned out and that I could use my extruder with Laurens modeling chocolate, it worked great!

Aww, thank you and Happy Mothers Day! I make a lot of sculpted and kids cakes and trying my best to get into wedding cakes so I'm practicing on mini anniversary cakes. Hopefully I'll get an opportunity very soon :-).

I honestly thought that was a beautiful, wedding-style hat when I saw the picture! How utterly gorgeous - far too nice to cut and eat! What a clever project - and it's Mothering Sunday (Mother's Day) here in England today, too! Well done!
