What are you most proud of? My Sock Monkey, second attempt. The first sort of crashed and burned once I tried to sit it on the cake. It looked like it had been lifting weights and did not want to stay together so...I just let it all fall apart and started over (thank goodness I saved the front of my cake!) I would have FREAKED had I went against my better judgment just because I was tired and put that first one on the cake, open the freezer the next day and it along with the entire front of my cake...all over my freezer!

What advice would you give someone starting this project? Remember whether you're using modeling chocolate as I did here or fondant...if you are covering a RKT project....MAKE IT SKINNY! The fondant and chocolate will add pounds you weren't expecting.

Thanks Tasha1980! I used shelf-liner, (anti-skid mats) for the texture and it worked great.
