Materials
Wooden hanger was made out of wood and the frog was ceramic that I painted.
What was your inspiration?
My friend had a similar hanging planter and I had my husband make one for me.
What are you most proud of?
Think the frog is cute....and the plant is philodendron rooting in water. Went outside one day and there was a frog in the water. Two days later he came back and brought a friend. So I guess I've given a home to some frogs.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Have a husband who is handy. I think I've got about eight of these planters, and my friends all get to take one home with them when they leave. The wooden planter was the hardest part, trying to get the wood to form. I had the easy part, painting the frog.
