This is 244 yards of 2-ply skein of Merino wool yarn. I handpaint all of my fiber using Eco Friendly dyes and I set the color with steam and Citric Acid. I carefully mix all of my colors to create the colorways you see. All of the fiber is spun by me on my Ashford Elizabeth spinning wheel.
What was your inspiration?
This skein of Merino yarn reminds me of a waterfall. All of the different shades of blue really gives you the feel of water cascading over rocks into a pool. The colors in this soft yarn include aqua, blue, light blue and grey.
