Learn It

This project was made as part of a Craftsy course:
Spindling: From Fluff to Stuff »

Difficulty:

Category: Spinning

Type of item: Accessory

For: Unisex

Style: Classic

Materials

Knit Picks Wool of the Andes Roving in Tidepool Heather Top whorl spindle (not sure of the brand...was a gift/loan)

What was your inspiration?

Honestly, all of the video podcasters that I watch and all of their beautiful handspun! That and it just looks like so much fun.

What are you most proud of?

The fact that it actually looks like yarn, albeit super bulky yarn.

What advice would you give someone starting this project?

Just do it. It will all work out in the end. =D

Thanks!!! My plan is to spin it all up and try and 2-ply it. I have two other braids of fiber (one polworth and one BFL/silk mix). Maybe I can try spinning one to be set as a single and one to be navajo plied.
