What are you most proud of? I am proud of the fact that my young granddaughters and I painted ornaments together. They love using paint and glitter and where very delighted with their ornaments.

What advice would you give someone starting this project? Tp paint on my ornaments, I placed them on the top of a glass and I used the empty ornament holder to store them while they dried.

Hi Cindy... I am not crafty but, I make and ornament with my grandchildren every year. Is there a way to get step-by-step instructions for these? Even though they are easy, I'm sure to mess up adding the glitter and using the sealer. Thank you. Also, do you have any decoupage ornaments to do with children? Gratefully, Pat

Hi Pat...I used acrylic paint, craft glue, and an acrylic sealer on my ornaments.I applied the glue in designs and then sprinkled glitter on and shook off any excess. I painted my designs and did not worry if they were not perfect. If I didn't like something, I covered it with glitter. If I was decoupaging a picture, I would glue on the picture and clear seal it. Hope this helps...Cindy

Thank you, Cindy..... It makes perfect sense.... I appreciate your help.... and the grandkids will love these ornaments! They are fool proof and so open-ended that everyone can make their own design. Pat :)
