What are you most proud of? The horses as I have always drawn them badly!

What advice would you give someone starting this project? Make sure the fondant sets before painting as it will soften during the painting.

Love this cake! How did you achieve the technique on the fondant? Thanks for sharing.

Thank you. I coloured the icing a pale pink and then watered down pink gel colour with white, then watered it down with boiled water. I used a wide watercolour brush and just built up the colour, as in a painting, adding some purple streaks too. When it had dried I painted on the sihilouettes.
